1- General
1.1) TeamTools-Israel.com ("The Site") was developed and is maintained by M.R.R. Computers and Systems Ltd. (herein "The Company") is to be used as a purchase area for support tools for Nikken Distributors in Israel and other parts of Europe and the Middle East.

1.2) The conditions here within will hold true for any and all purchases made by you the consumer via the site and will be the basis of any legalities between you and the company. Any purchases made via the site will be automatically considered as acceptance of the Conditions of Use as stated below.

2- Purchases

2.1) The Company gives you the right to purchase products via The Site in an easy, swift and with attractive prices.

2.2) Each product or service has its own description and price.

2.3) To Purchase a product you need will need to be a registered user of the site. Goto Login and enter your details.
2.4) Purchases to be shipped outside of Israel must be paid online directly via PayPal.

2.4) Purchases to be shipped in Israel must be paid in full prior to shipping and can be paid via PayPal,Or Check from an Israeli Bank. Payment Details and mailing address can be found at the bottom of this page.
2.5) Purchases to be picked up in person may be placed online and payment given at time and place of pickup. (Pickup Details will be arranged with purchaser via email)

3- Prices

3.1) All the prices listed on the site are including VAT according to Israeli Law. No discount will be given to orders from outside Israel

3.2) All Prices are based on the Israeli Shekel Value and calculation of currency rates are updated at the discretion of The Company.
